"I have learned....that great is the power of prayer. No earthly authority can separate us from direct access to our Creator. There can never be a mechanical or electronic failure when we pray. There is no limit on the number of times or how long we can pray each day. There is no quota of how many needs we wish to pray for in each prayer. We do not need to go through secretaries or make an appointment to reach the throne of grace. He is reachable at any time and any place." The power to change is very real, and it is a great spiritual gift from God. (James E. Faust)
"It matters not our circumstance, be we humble or arrogant, poor or rich, free or enslaved, learned or ignorant, loved or forsaken, we can address Him. We need no appointment. Our supplication can be brief or can occupy all the time needed. It can be an extended expression of love and gratitude or an urgent plea for help. He has created numberless cosmos and populated them with worlds, yet you and I can talk with Him personally, and He will ever answer."(Scott)

Diana called me up and said "Mom, the Rexburg, Idaho Temple is finished and is being dedicated. I want you to come and we go together!" Could I say no - NEVER! When I dropped her off at school over two years ago it was just starting to be built. I wanted to see it finished and be able to go through it with her before she left. This building says so much.... it is a witness of God's love for his children. It celebrates victory over the grave and sin. No matter what happens we can make it as a family!

A group of Diana's friends joined us at the temple. We went out to eat afterwards, what fun.

We really just had a good time doing normal everyday things.
One of them was picking up some groceries. Look at this strawberry! I laughed so hard. I had never seen one so huge.... We went shopping and visited, watched movies, cleaned - it was one of the happiest times I have had. I miss hanging out with my children, I will forever thank you Diana for those good times my Diana!
